Pupils have fun programming robots

In Computer Science, Year 8 pupils have been having fun programming BitBot robots to use sonar sensors and selection to detect obstacles and make safe decisions in real time.

This has been an excellent example of hands-on learning that brings coding, problem-solving and robotics together.

As well as being taught in Years 7 to 9, Computer Science is offered at Worth as both a GCSE and A Level option.
