Fantastic shows lined up

Drama students gave a terrific taster of the shows ahead this academic year when they performed songs from The Addams Family, Six and Annie Jr at our recent Welcome Festival.

Worth normally puts on three major productions a year, giving all students the opportunity to perform on stage, and our shows are widely regarded to be outstanding.

Performed in our 250-seat theatre, with professional sound and lighting from our theatre manager working with a team of students, these shows are more than just an opportunity to perform, they give students a chance to build new relationships, work in a team and be part of something fun, creating memories they will have for life.

Our first production this academic year will be The Addams Family in December. This is followed on 31 January by West End to Worth, where West End actors perform alongside Worth students on a night of fabulous entertainment.

In March, the musical Six takes to the stage, telling the story of Henry VIII but from the unique perspective of his six wives. Then next June will be Annie Jr.

Well done to students who performed at the Welcome Festival.
