Thu, Sep 5th, 2024

From visiting Auschwitz to surfing in Morocco and skiing in Austria, there is a range of fascinating overseas trips planned for students this academic year.

Later this month Sixth Form students have the opportunity to join a History trip to Poland which will include a tour of Auschwitz. Then in October, there will be a Year 11 History/Modern Foreign Languages trip to Berlin during the first weekend of half term.

At the end of the Autumn Term, there is a Sixth Form surf trip to Morocco departing on 12 December and the annual ski trip to Austria for Years 11 to 13 departs a day later.

Years 7 to 10 get the chance to go on a ski trip to Austria at the end of the Lent Term. The new year also sees a Sixth Form History/Politics trip to Washington in February half term while in March there will be our biennial trip to CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research in Geneva, for Sixth Form Science students.

There are also a number of trips planned in the Summer Term and next summer, the details of which will be released once they have been confirmed.
