Science extension progressing well

Excellent progress is being made on a £2.5m Science block extension which will include three new state-of-the-art classrooms. This project will benefit all pupils and will be the latest addition in an ambitious programme of development at the School.

As our picture shows, the project is at the stage that it is wind and watertight as we begin the internal fit out.

The design of the project involves constructing a single storey building and infilling the space between the existing Science and Art/D&T buildings to provide three new Science laboratories and a new entrance to the department. The extension will be completed this year.

The second picture is a generated impression of how it will look.
