Students tackle team coding challenge

Computer Science students have been challenging themselves by taking part in the Perse Coding Team Challenge.
This is the first time Worth has entered students into this annual competition which involves schools across the UK.
The competition, which is open to students up to Year 11, involves teams of two pupils in the first round and three in the second round competing online for The Braben Cup by solving text-coding challenges.
The Computer Science department at Worth is encouraging students to enter more national competitions and students will be preparing and entering The Coding Challenge this year which takes place end of March/early April.
Our students recently enjoyed success in the Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge.
