Workshop delivers important messages

Mon, Jun 1st, 2026

All Year 9 and Year 10 pupils took part in an interactive workshop that helped them explore societal pressures, challenge stereotypes and redefine masculinity in positive, resilient ways.

The Positive Masculinity Workshop was delivered by a group called Voicebox just before half term as part of our PSHE programme. The visiting speakers included expert facilitators of all genders.

Through guided discussions and activities, pupils gained tools to understand and express emotions healthily, build stronger self-esteem and foster supportive relationships.

The workshop was part of our PSHE programme. The personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) curriculum at Worth offers a broad range of information, experiences and resources to draw upon for all year groups.
